Aquarium of the Pacific

Makenna is now 4-months old and so we decided to make the long 2 hour car trip to the Aquarium of the Pacific. It was our first real outing as a family if you don't count shopping, visiting family and friends, or well baby doctor appointments. Although we were at the aquarium and there were tons of animals and new things to see, Makenna enjoyed people watching the most. It was a good thing she did enjoy the people because it was so crowded that Toby remarked that the fish are probably laughing at us because of how little space we had to move. The long car ride also allowed Makenna to get caught up on her sleep because she hadn't slept very well after her 4-month round of immunizations. It was a great day and I can't wait to go back when she is a little older and can enjoy the fish more than the people.
